Red Hot Chili Peppers Extends “The Getaway” Tour

Red Hot Chili Peppers announced a second set of North American dates for the “The Getaway” tour in support of its album by the same name released this past summer. It features the hit tune “Dark Necessities,” which topped four domestic singles charts. The extension begins on April 12 at Verizon Center in Washington, D.C and is scheduled to hit Sprint Center in Kansas City on May 21. Tickets go on sale Friday, November 11 at 10am and are available online via AXS, at the venue box office or by calling 888-929-7849. Each ticket purchased also includes a free copy of the record.
