Mr. Big Announced Summer Concert Tour Dates and is Set to Perform Live at Knuckleheads Saloon

Hard rock supergroup Mr. Big announced concert tour dates scheduled through June in support of its upcoming album, “Defying Gravity” (2017). The summer outing kicks off on May 31 at Potowatami Casino in Milwaukee, WI and is scheduled to roll through Knuckleheads Saloon in the East Bottoms of North Kansas City, MO on Monday, June 19.

Mr. Big came together in 1988 when bass player Billy Sheehan left the backing band of David Lee Roth and formed his own group with lead vocalist Eric Martin, guitarist Paul Gilbert and drummer Pat Torpey. Together, they released three consecutive platinum albums—”Mr. Big” (1989), “Lean Into It” (1991) and “Bump Ahead” (1993)—plus the hit singles “Green-Tinted Sixties Mind,” “To Be with You,” “Just Take My Heart” and “Wild World,” a Cat Stevens cover. “To Be with You” was a total smash having spent 15 weeks at No. 1 on the pop chart, as well as topping charts throughout the world. Today, the original crew continues to tour and record together, with “Defying Gravity” ready to release on July 7.
