Ringo Starr & His All-Starr Band Performed Live at Starlight Theatre in Kansas City on September 3, 2018

Legendary drummer and Beatles member Ringo Starr & His All-Starr Band performed live in concert at Starlight Theatre in Kansas City, MO on September 3, 2018. Forming in 1989, the rock supergroup has featured thirteen different lineups of music’s greatest musicians. Currently, Ringo is on tour with Gregg Rolie (Santana), Steve Lukather (Toto), Warren Ham (Toto), Graham Gouldman (10cc), Gregg Bissonette (David Lee Roth Band) and Colin Hay (Men at Work). The setlist was a compilation of the biggest hits from The Beatles, Ringo’s solo career and each artist’s band past or present. Ringo even spent ample time on lead vocals while also playing to the enamored crowd with his witty anecdotes. While the tunes reached clear back into the 1960s, fanatics of the ’80s made out with a healthy dose of the most iconic songs of the era such as Toto’s “Rosanna” and “Hold the Line” plus “Down Under,” “Overkill” and “Who Can It Be Now?” by Men at Work.
