The recordBar Featured Iconic Saxophone Player Tim Cappello in Concert

Iconic saxophone player Tim Cappello performed live in concert at the recordBar in downtown Kansas City, MO on June 15, 2023. The solo performance started with him playing in the crowd before gracing to the stage. He took to the floor and played up close and personal for everyone in attendance several times throughout the night though. His set included a compilation of his music alongside the heralded stories of his career, such as his time with The Ken Dolls, playing with Tina Turner for 15 years, performing “I Still Believe” in the vampire film “The Lost Boys,” joining the Ringo Starr band and acting in an episode of Miami Vice, as well as in the movie “Hearts of Fire” with his hero, Bob Dylan.
